1 - INTRODUCTION<\/b><\/p>\n
Tutti i termini e le presenti condizioni (successivamente indicati \u201cCondizioni Generali\u201d) regolano la vendita di servizi su Sportello Certificati. I servizi presenti su Sportello Certificati vengono forniti da Servizi Informativi, company number 14813764. Tutti i contratti conclusi tra Servizi Informativi ed il cliente saranno regolati dalle presenti Condizioni Generali. \u00a0I servizi presenti su Sportello Certificati sono rivolti a studi legali, studi professionali e aziende.<\/p>\n
2 - OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT<\/b><\/p>\n

3 - CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT<\/b><\/p>\n
Inoltrando un ordine, il Cliente accetta i termini e le condizioni generali, le condizioni specifiche contenute all\u2019interno della descrizione del servizio richiesto e presta il consenso al trattamento dati. Il contratto stipulato tra Servizi Informativi e il Cliente si conclude con l\u2019invio della e-mail di conferma dell\u2019ordine e con la ricezione del pagamento. Quando viene utilizzato come strumento di pagamento il bonifico bancario, l\u2019ordine si intende completato al momento dell\u2019accredito della somma versata per la richiesta del servizio.<\/p>\n
3.1 Cancellation of orders<\/b><\/p>\n
Sebbene l\u2019ordine si sia perfezionato, Servizi Informativi si riserva la facolt\u00e0 di annullare lo stesso in qualunque momento previo preavviso al cliente. L\u2019ordine verr\u00e0 annullato quando l\u2019esecuzione \u00e8 impossibile, per forza maggiore, o se il cliente non abbia i requisiti previsti dalla legge per la richiesta del servizio.<\/p>\n
4 - PROVISION OF SERVICES<\/b><\/p>\n

4.2 Supplementary documentation<\/b><\/p>\n
Per talune tipologie di attivit\u00e0 pu\u00f2 essere necessario richiedere al cliente documentazione integrativa ai fini dell\u2019espletamento dell\u2019incarico. Alcuna responsabilit\u00e0 potr\u00e0 essere imputata ad Servizi Informativi per ritardi o per impossibilit\u00e0 di eseguire la prestazione a causa dell\u2019inerzia o del ritardo del cliente.<\/p>\n
5 - REGISTRATION<\/b><\/p>\n
To request a service it is necessary to register by creating an account and upon acceptance of the Terms, General Conditions and consent to data processing. The account is created using a valid e-mail address and password. It is recommended to use complex passwords consisting of alphanumeric and special characters together with upper and lower case letters. By default the system does not allow you to create weak passwords. 5.1 Registration via social login<\/b><\/p>\n
To facilitate access to the services, the customer can access them using their social account: google or facebook. With regard to the so-called social login, it is recommended to read the information on data processing, which is an integral part of these General Conditions.<\/p>\n
5.2 User panel<\/b><\/p>\n
After registration the Customer can access the user panel to view the status of orders and manage his credentials such as: billing address, history of all orders etc..<\/p>\n
5.3 Account removal and data deletion<\/b><\/p>\n
To remove your account simply send an email to info@sportellocertificati.it, generally within 48 working hours all data are removed except those for which the law provides for mandatory storage. The customer will then receive a confirmation email when the account is removed. The registered user has the right to access his\/her data, the right of portability, the right of rectification and any other right in line with the provisions of the EU GDPR 2016\/679 and national legislation on data processing.<\/p>\n
6 - PURCHASE OF SERVICES<\/b><\/p>\n
Only the services present on the Sportello Certificati website at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant information sheets, can be purchased. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by an e-mail notification, sent to the e-mail address used by the Customer to create the account. The message contains a summary of the order. The customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the order and to promptly notify any errors. All prices on the site are exclusive of VAT and may be changed at any time, without notice. If an incorrect and\/or clearly derisory price is published, for whatever reason, the order will be cancelled, even in case of initial validation.<\/p>\n
7 - PAYMENT METHODS<\/b><\/p>\n
In order to ensure greater flexibility we offer our customers different payment systems.<\/p>\n
7.1 PayPal<\/b><\/p>\n
By selecting Paypal as payment instrument, the customer will be automatically directed to the Paypal page and therefore no data will pass through Sportello Certificati. Paypal is one of the most popular systems for online payments. Through the Paypal platform the customer can make the payment using a Paypal account, prepaid card, debit card or credit card belonging to Visa, MasterCard etc..<\/p>\n
7.2 Stripe<\/b><\/p>\n
You can select credit card as payment instrument and pay your order by credit card, rechargeable card, Poste Pay etc.. In this case the payment is made directly on the checkout page.<\/p>\n
7.3 Bank transfer in advance<\/b><\/p>\n
In case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer, the processing of the file will begin at the time of credit, which must take place within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which, the order will be considered automatically canceled. The reason for the bank transfer must indicate the order identifier which is issued in the order confirmation email. The bank details to make the transfer are reported in the order confirmation e-mail.<\/p>\n
8 - DELIVERY METHOD<\/b><\/p>\n
The services purchased on Sportello Certificati are delivered in digital format. If the requested service includes a paper document, this will be sent by courier or by post, the shipping costs will be specified at the time of conclusion of the order and are charged to the customer. Usually when the order is completed, the customer receives an e-mail notification indicating that the order has been completed. The e-mail also indicates the link to download the file directly from your user panel. In the e-mail notifying the completed order, the document in pdf format is also attached. 9 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/b><\/p>\n
In ossequio a quanto previsto dal Codice del Consumo, il Cliente che riveste la qualit\u00e0 di consumatore e, quindi, la persona fisica che agisce per scopi estranei all\u2019attivit\u00e0 professionale, e\/o imprenditoriale, ai sensi dell\u2019art. 52 ha il diritto di recedere dal contratto d\u2019acquisto, entro e non oltre 14 giorni dalla conclusione del contratto. Lo stesso pu\u00f2 essere effettuato mediante invio di lettera a.r. indirizzata ad Servizi Informativi, Via Dei Mille 243, 98123 Messina, (IT) o posta elettronica certificata all\u2019indirizzo servizi.informativi.messina@legalmail.it.<\/p>\n
9.1 Exclusion of withdrawal<\/b><\/p>\n
Withdrawal, pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, cannot be validly exercised if the service has been performed within 14 days.<\/p>\n
9.2 Refunds<\/b><\/p>\n
In caso di recesso, qualora Servizi Informativi abbia dato inizio alla prestazione deve essere tenuta indenne per tutti i costi sostenuti. Non verr\u00e0 altres\u00ec eseguito alcun rimborso nel caso in cui l\u2019 esito delle ricerche, relative al servizio richiesto, risulti negativo. Altres\u00ec non verr\u00e0 effettuato alcun rimborso qualora l\u2019esito negativo delle ricerche \u00e8 stato causato da dati errati o incompleti forniti dal cliente.<\/p>\n
9.3 Supplier's withdrawal<\/b><\/p>\n
Servizi Informativi pu\u00f2 recedere liberamente e senza alcun vincolo dal contratto concluso con il cliente, previo congruo preavviso di giorni 15 da comunicarsi mediante posta elettronica certificata o lettera raccomandata. Tuttavia la stessa pu\u00f2 recedere in qualunque momento con effetto immediato qualora il cliente tenga un comportamento illecito nei confronti dell\u2019azienda o per causa di forza maggiore.<\/p>\n
10 - OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/p>\n
Servizi Informativi non si assume alcuna responsabilit\u00e0, salvo dolo o colpa grave, per eventuali ritardi, errori o altri danni sofferti dal cliente o da terzi durante l\u2019esecuzione del contratto.<\/p>\n
10.1 Obligations of the customer<\/b><\/p>\n
Per qualunque uso non conforme, non autorizzato o illegittimo dei servizi richiesti, sar\u00e0 ritenuto unico ed esclusivo responsabile il cliente, il quale si impegna a manlevare e tenere indenne Servizi Informativi da qualunque tipo di responsabilit\u00e0 e\/o richiesta di risarcimento di danni arrecati a terzi. I dati non possono essere divulgati o ceduti.<\/p>\n
10.2 Disclosure of third party data<\/b><\/p>\n
Riguardo ai dati di terzi comunicati ad Servizi Informativi durante la richiesta dei servizi e\/o successivamente, il cliente dichiara di conoscere la normativa comunitaria e nazionale in materia di trattamento dati e di essere il Titolare del trattamento, in quanto: ha ottenuto il consenso dal terzo, vanta un interesse legittimo nei suoi confronti e\/o vi \u00e8 un\u2019altra condizione prevista dal legislatore che legittima la titolarit\u00e0 del trattamento. Servizi Informativi nei confronti del cliente e dei dati dallo stesso forniti, opera come mero responsabile esterno al trattamento dati cos\u00ec come previsto dalla normativa comunitaria e nazionale in materia di trattamento dati.<\/p>\n
11 - RESOLUTION<\/b><\/p>\n
Failure to comply with the obligations set out in these general conditions shall result in the termination of the contract and the cancellation of all orders in progress. Il contratto di vendita tra il Cliente e Servizi Informativi \u00e8 regolato dalla Legge Italiana. Se il cliente \u00e8 un consumatore, per la risoluzione di eventuali controversie derivanti dalla conclusione del contratto, la competenza territoriale appartiene al foro del suo comune di residenza; in tutti gli altri casi, la competenza territoriale \u00e8 quella del Foro di Messina.<\/p>\n
